They offer free unlimited pick-up service all around Ubud, which is a lifesaver since Gocar or Grab might not always be available. You can easily request anything you need through WhatsApp, which is super convenient. The pool, although small, is perfect for a relaxing swim, and the view from there is breathtaking. They've got five different breakfast options, including fresh fruits. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful to support guests and make sure your issues are fixed whether it is small or big. The hotel is closed to the city centre, easy walk or asked for a shuttle for a drop off.

The hotel atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for this type of environment, I would highly recommend this one.
The hotel doesn’t have its own spa, but they can easily arrange one (Jaens spa only few minutes walk and recommended too).

Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time and longer for sure when we come to Ubud.
